But there's one way that I'm winning against zillow, and I'm winning huge. Zillow is crawling with white-hot buyer and seller leads in my market. I'm talking ready-to-go, list-my-home-right-now leads... many in the $700-800k range and higher. The problem is zillow wants to charge me ~$3000 per month for their names and phone numbers.
