When I was 7

Did you ever play with LEGO's as a kid?

On my 7th birthday, I received a 1,000-piece LEGO set — a pirate ship.

Overjoyed, I tore the box open and dumped out all the pieces.

Then my heart sank.

1,000 pieces looks a lot bigger and more complicated when it's laid out in front of you. I didn't even recognize some of the pieces. I would have to put this away until I was older. Some gift... 🙄

But before I put it away I looked at the instructions, and it started the same way all of my smaller LEGO sets had started:

"Step 1"

Hmm, well I guess I can do step one. It looks pretty easy.

Then I did step two, then three, and pretty soon I was in a flow.

90 minutes later I was clicking the final piece into place. That pirate ship was my magnum opus! And I was beaming with pride. I never thought I could do it.

Building a thriving real estate practice is a lot like staring at 1,000 oddly shaped LEGOs on the ground.

It *looks* impossible. But then, it starts the same way as every great business.

"Step 1"

If you want to build a lead gen machine for your real estate practice, it's the same way. It seems massively intimidating — there's so many moving parts and things we don't understand.

Just start with step 1.

Step one in this case is to get the right software in place. My company's lead gen software is called Pipeline Pro Tools.

But before you can get it, you need to at least see a demo...

So here's your chance. We have 2-3 time slots left for today and tomorrow.

Get a 15-min demo and see how easy step 1 is.

Before you know it, you'll be clicking the final piece into place on your dream real estate business. IF you're willing to overcome the fear of getting started

Here's the link —> Book a 15min Demo

Then we can work on step 2 and so on together.

All the best,

-Chris Jones

P.S. - Demos are NOT sales pitches. We want to *teach* you how it works, not sell you on it. If it makes sense for you, great. If not, you'll at least walk away with a few valuable ideas.

10 reasons listings expire (other than price)

Who's the best listing agent you've ever met?

Mine would be a toss-up between my dad and Jason Morris.

My dad is retired now, but he still holds a few North Carolina state records that I doubt will ever be broken.

Jason Morris? He's still active and has closed over 2,000 transactions. That is not a typo. Dude is a listing beast.

Last week, he published a report on why listings expire (besides the price). It's GOOD.

You can download the whole report for free for the next 48hrs.

12hrs to go

Since today is the LAST day for you to get the best deal we've ever offered on Pipeline Pro Tools, I want to give you a brief recap of our relationship so far…

  • You wanted to learn how to build a lead gen "machine" for your real estate business.
  • You found me, and I promised to show you some of the most important steps to doing exactly that.
  • You leaned in more, and I showed you my secret weapon: Pipeline Pro Tools.

But now you're at a crossroad.

Half of you wants to dive ALL the way in and build a lead gen machine that will give you the confidence of knowing where you next deal is coming from (and the next one after that, and so on).

But then there's the half that's telling you to just be "realistic" and stay satisfied with the way things are right now.

I'll be honest: there's a very good reason we all have that half (including me)...

It's there to protect us from that awful feeling of failure. No one wants to invest time, energy, and money into something only to see it not work.

I'm not going to promise you a magic bullet. But I will promise you this:

If you join Pipeline Pro Tools, do the work, and you don't feel like you've made massive progress after the first 60 days, all you have to do is send one email to our support team and we'll issue you a full refund.

Investing in something that's important to you shouldn't force you to take a leap of faith. This way, all the risk is on us, as it should be.

But if you wait much longer this opportunity will disappear.

Go here to get started

Or if you need help deciding, there are still a few demo slots left for today...

And remember, you can always reply to this email with any questions or lingering concerns that are holding you back. We'll be happy to help!

Demo

If you've tried to book a demo for our lead gen software Pro Tools, you've probably noticed that we have been completely booked the last 30 days.

Same thing happens every week. About 5 minutes after we open up our schedule, all 25 slots are booked.

We're sorry.

So this week we're doing something different.

I am sending a private demo link to a very small segment of our subscribers who have already taken our "Lead Gen Machine" training. That's you.

Want a demo of our Pro Tools software?

>>> Click here to grab a demo <<<

There's 14 slots total, and they're gonna go quick.

These demos are one of the coolest things we do. Lasts as little as 14 mins, but packed with gold. In it, we walk you through your business's "lead number", then walk you through 1-2 marketing playbooks you can use to hit that goal every month.

Here's the link to book -> http://www.calendly.com/guerilla-realty/demo
