Hey, you want in? - a $297mo DIY version of the $3K DFY program

Hey, just a heads up:

I'm considering making a Do-It-Yourself version of my ListingEngine Model available for $297/mo as a Private Group Coaching Program.

This is the same methods as in the $3k DFY program.

Here's what you'll get in this program:

2 Live Weekly Coaching / Q&A calls me personally
Access to me & my team for live support if you run into snags (we'll even be available for live Zoom calls with you if need be)
Button-by-Button video tutorials of all my methods (the same methods that I guarantee 5 signed listings in 90 days for the DFY program)
You'll get all my Word-for-Word video scripts to record for all the campaigns
You'll get all my follow up email copy to send to new leads & prospects
You'll get to license the use of my Signature Solution as your own (The Sell Smart System, Home Selling Score, Soft Home Inspection, etc,.)
Access to a private community of other agents doing this
Exclusive territory - you wont' have any competition for at least 15 miles and be the exclusive license holder for the use of my Signature Solution as your own

If 50 agents say they want this and are ready to sign up for this, then I'll probably do it.

If you want to do this, hit REPLY and let me know with "I Want In!"

(Please do not email me back if you aren't serious)

If 50+ agents reply, I know this is worth doing and I'll make it available.

Let me know!

Andrey

Got old leads? that don't respond?

Good morning

So we re-opened FU Bots yesterday and had a crazy Sunday!! Larry and I answered questions all day!

But we didn't tell you what you will get with it!

Below is an image with a list of all of the campaigns that are pre-loaded.

Now the issue is, this CRM and the campaigns are designed to get buyers and seller to raise their hand and then give you the opportunity to list the house. The issue most agents have is they do not have a sales system to ensure they have the best chance to actually get the listing after they have set an appoint.

However, I got that figured out for you!!! I have 2 special bonuses I am going to ad for any one who subscribes before we close this offer on Tuesday.

Old expired campaign
This is a campaign specially designed to bring those forgotten expired leads back to life.
With this campaign alone, you should be able to add 10 to 15 potential listings to your pipe line within a couple of weeks.
What to do once you have a lead
In this live training we are going to talk about how to set the appointment. Then what to do before you show up, what to do during and what things to do after your appointment. This will give you a bullet proof plan to compete against the top agents in your market

Both of these will be live training events scheduled in the next week.

If you are ready to sign up just go to

I look forward to working with you all

[LAB] No 2pm Call (Doing a 5pm Challenge Call)

Hey Listing Engineers...

Andrey here.

So we were gonna do a 2pm EST Q&A Call today - but since we're doing the 5-Day "Perfect Listing Plan" Challenge this week to kick-start Micro-Farming & PPM for everyone, let's just do the one call today to make it easier on everyone's schedule.

We are doing the 5 daily calls this week every day at 5pm EST / 2pm PST.

Here's the Zoom link:

https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZwvc-ygqz8pGdeNWXLVBKuGgdDWglUQVdIO

See you at 5pm EST / 2pm PST today.

Andrey

PS - if you can't make it to the 5pm EST call today, but have questions for the Q&A call, just text me to 650 600 2045 and I'll help you personally there. So you don't lose any momentum.

PPS - if you have referrals to make for Listing Academy so your friends can be the first to lock in exclusive territories, let me know. I'm putting together a referral program this week.
