TODAY.. I'm hosting a free LIVE training & "work party" where I teach you how to get business and then we actually work the strategy LIVE TOGETHER during our time.

Here's how it's gonna work:
We'll start with 15-minutes of training. I'll show you EXACTLY what you should be doing during our time together.
Next, we'll spend the next 60-minutes working together. I'll be there to answer questions and help you along the way. But, this is CAMERA ON, no screwing around, straight-up getting work done time.
The last 15-minutes we'll discuss results, debrief and then send you on your way.
This work party is about Getting Business Now.
You will not be asked to ❌ Cold-call.
Please make sure you have:
✅ Your cell-phone.
✅ Access to your database. It is recommended that you have at least 30-contacts in your database with phone numbers. But, bring what you have, either way.
*Note: "Database" is not a list of friends, family and general SOI. Your database is a list of contacts who have previously expressed an interest in buying or selling a home but have never converted. These people may be part of your SOI but more than likely are contacts from open houses, social media ads or other lead sources that have come in over the year(s). They may have never responded to any of your communications, property searches or whatever.. but we'll be working through that list and I'll show you how.
✅ It's recommended that you use your computer to join the Zoom Meeting since you'll need your phone for the task. Your camera needs to be ON!
This is a live, interactive, get shit done kinda party. So, show up.. and be ready to dance.
Don't take one of these seats if your are just here to listen but not DO.
Be prepared to have your camera on, be ready to work with NO distractions in a quiet place and let's create some success together.
