Meet Rey

Cool story.

Last Summer I did a free lead gen training to 190 agents.

The training is 3 lessons and lasts 45 mins. Then comes the Q&A.

This is where an agent named Rey Wolmers chimed in.

(We had never met.)

Rey had attended the exact same training with me 3 months before.

At the end, he downloaded my #1 playbook and then, more importantly, he went out and executed it.

He stressed to the entire class: "Do what I did!"

"Download the playbook and execute it today."

Turns out, Rey had JUST closed a deal using the strategy.

For a sweet $18,040 commission!

The coolest part is that he hadn't even bought our marketing engine Pipeline Pro Tools (yet).

Instead he had downloaded our free marketing playbook and ran with it.

He spent no money on ads, no money on systems. He just went out and executed consistently.

His result? He's $18k richer today. And now you better believe he bought Pipeline Pro Tools that same day to make everything 100x easier and more effective.

Can you imagine how good it would feel to have a proven marketing playbook for your real estate business? One that you *knew* would work every time you ran it.

It feels good. No actually it feels GREAT.

Here's all you need:

1. Find your lead number (can be tricky, but VERY important)
2. Run a proven marketing playbook (free)
3. Have marketing engine software to capture clients

We help you with all 3 inside our marketing engine, Pipeline Pro Tools.

If you've thought about getting Pro Tools before, stop.

I don't want you to buy anything... I just want you to get a demo.

Here's how the demo works:

- Pick a convenient time
- Connect with 1 of my 3 marketing coaches
- We walk you thru the 3 key steps above
- Afterwards, you download our #1 marketing playbook (free)

Yup, we'll GIVE you the playbook Rey used, yours to download and keep forever. (No obligation to buy anything, just show up.)

>>> Get a demo + 1 free playbook <<<

Btw we have 17 demo slots left as of the writing of this email. They'll go quick.

All the best,

-Chris Jones
