Personally? I don't.
Here's some Zillow stats to consider:
- Average listing gets 750+ views per month
- 50% of viewers will be under contract within 105 days
- 37% of viewers have a family income of >$100k
That means every month in your market…
Any given Zillow listing gets pinged by 300+ people who are buying and selling RIGHT NOW, and 100+ of them are RICH. (Ie - They make double the median income in your market.)
