Never Again!

Important Update: When the real estate market crashed back in 2007/08, it hit me hard. Up until that point, I was riding high. Closings were easy and abundant. And as the market kept going up, so did my GCI. And then...BOOM...CRASH. It took me about a year to pivot and recover..maybe longer. I eventually reinvented myself and became one of the top short sale agents / negotiators in the nation. ​​ One thing I always promised myself is that when I saw market was likely to turn again, I would be ready EARLY.
